sold out

A superb Omega Constellation Reference 168.005 dating to 1966, presented in exceptional condition following a professional restoration of both the dial and case. Featuring the iconic silver pie pan dial and desirable dog leg lugs, this is one of the most recognisable and enduring Constellation references ever produced.

The original silver pie pan dial has been expertly refurbished, retaining all of its original components while presenting with a crisp, factory-fresh appearance. The applied Omega logo, faceted baton hour markers and sharp printing combine beautifully with the restored stainless steel case, giving the watch the look and feel of a new old stock example.

Powering the watch is Omega's celebrated Calibre 561 automatic chronometer movement, freshly serviced and running as it should. Introduced in the mid-1960s, the Cal. 561 is regarded as one of Omega's finest automatic chronometer movements, featuring 24 jewels, quick-set date by repeated crown pulls and exceptional reliability. It was reserved exclusively for Constellation models, reflecting the collection's position as Omega's flagship chronometer line.

The stainless steel dog leg case has been professionally refinished, with crisp facets and beautifully defined lugs. The watch is fitted with its original signed Omega crown and date window, completing a classic and highly wearable vintage package.

A striking example of one of Omega's most desirable Constellation references, combining the unmistakable pie pan dial with the outstanding Calibre 561.
