All sales are final. Items are carefully described and photographed. However, if a watch arrives not as described or materially misstated, you may return it for a full refund (less shipping and a small restocking fee). Please contact us first to discuss.

We run every watch on the timegrapher to check beat error, running accuracy and amplitude. Where a watch fails any of these they are serviced by our watchmaker. That said, mechanical watches will break your heart and we can only guarantee the authenticity and description, not the movement.
